Con el presente auto la Sala Plena de la Corporación encuentra que el recurso de súplica presentado contra el auto de rechazo de la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia está llamado a prosperar, decidiendo revocarlo y, en su lugar, admitir la demanda, ordenando que se continúe el proceso bajo la conducción de la Magistrada Sustanciadora inicial, quien deberá emitir las ordenaciones pertinentes.
